This photo was taken by me around March/April 2002 near Tampa, Florida in my shower. From leg-tip to leg-tip was about 6 inches. It’s body was about the size of my thumb. It died of un-natural causes shortly after posing for this pic. This spider was one of five I found in my house in a three month span.
